Shell sold its 50% interest in the Deer Park refinery to PEMEX, and the sale completed on 20 Jan 2022. The refinery has been PEMEX Deer Park since then, but Moran still uses the old Shell names for the berths. The Shell Deer Park Chemicals plant is still owned by Shell: Shell's FY2025 20-F lists it
