SemGroup bought HFOTCO from Alinda Capital funds in July 2017. Energy Transfer completed its merger with SemGroup on 5 Dec 2019 and contributed the terminal to ETO in Feb 2020. It now operates as the Energy Transfer Houston Terminal, about 18.2M bbl. (ex-HFOTCO)
